What’s interesting is that there are other maturity scales, but the one they always use is Tanner’s. They will never outlaw Tanner Staging, at best it will be treated like Polygraph examinations, generally inadmissible in court. But until several doctors lose their license and are charged for perjury, they will keep using it under the radar. There’s more than one.
